We use the data we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including scheduling posts, analyzing content performance, and managing brand deals. We access Instagram account data only to enable cross-platform publishing features.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase and PostgreSQL to manage your information and ensure it is protected from unauthorized access.

4. Third Party Services

We integrate with third-party services like Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google (YouTube, Gmail), and Stripe for payments. Each service has its own privacy policy which we encourage you to review.

We do not sell or share your personal or social media data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please contact us at privacy@sociovox.in. Upon request, we will delete all your personal information and disconnect all linked social accounts within 30 days.
